Alcuda, the new IDE Group ecommerce company has been launched. The company will focus on online business solutions, recruitment, DVD rental software Referral Marketing and mobile related technologies.
The new business incorporates Maxymiser Services and Working Jobs Limited with their headquarters in Edinburgh.
The merging of Maxymiser Services and Working Jobs Limited has resulted in a new ecommerce company specialising in online business solutions in industry sectors such as publishing, recruitment and retail.
The new business is to be called Alcuda and will operate out of offices in Edinburgh and Dnepropetrovsk in the Ukraine, where it houses most of its development staff.
Alcuda have already won new business deals with a number of companies and will very soon be launching ecommerce sites for Jancis Robinson, a leading wine expert, Venda's affiliate feed management system, Zookle psychometric job web site, JobsFace recruitment site, HR Networks job web board and Ali Campbell, MTV's life coach's new slimming web site.

On the 18th February an auction/sale room has been implemented on the PRICE.UA site. This is a brand new feature for the Ukrainian Internet market, as there are no other competitors' websites providing this.
Advanced technology allows sellers to be in the top-5 of results by increasing their click cost. There is soon to be a Press Announcement about this, which will be called "Ukrainian Google". This news will be distributed throughout the top Ukrainian media companies such as: "Korrespondent", "Unian" and "Internet in UA"
