Board

Bill Dobbie [Executive Chairman]

Bill is an experienced entrepreneur and director specialising in internet, telecoms and technology businesses. He has led a number of successful private equity funded businesses and recently retired from a 7-year spell at Iomart PLC (IOM) spanning founder to non-exec positions. Bill has been a Director of Demon Internet, Prestel, Teledata, Scottish Telecom (Thus) and several other companies. His early career was with Unisys in the UK and Australia.

Bill has an Honours degree in Pure Mathematics from the University of St.Andrews, and an MBA from the University of Glasgow.

Martin Higginson [Non Exec Director]

Martin is recognised as one of the North West's leading entrepreneurs. He started his first business at the age of 19, a publishing business that he later went on to sell to IPC Magazines Limited. Since then he has started numerous businesses including, Megafone, a business he sold to Scottish Power, Monstermob Group plc, a mobile media business that currently employs over 1,000 staff in over 13 countries globally, and Cityblock plc, an alternative student accommodation business.

Max Polyakov [ Director, Chief Operating Officer]

Max Polyakov is a rising star of the international internet software and business scene. Max founded Maxymiser, having previously built and sold the web analytics software company Hit Dynamics. This was acquired by Hitwise, which in turn became part of Experian. Max is a director of the IDE Group and is actively involved in number of the group's subsidiary companies. He is also on the advisory board of Seedcamp. Max is a graduate in Medicine and studied at Business School in Ukraine before founding his first enterprises.

Vladimir Lewykin [Group Chief Technical Officer]

Vladimir Lewykin, 30, is IDE Group's CTO and is already an Internet veteran having spent the last 12 years working with many clients in over twenty countries. He has extensive experience of team building to deliver complex client requirements. When coupled with his diverse project management talent, Vladimir and his team have an excellent foundation to integrate IDE Group and its services to any serious Internet based business.

Tatyana Gorokhovskaya [Marketing Director]

Tatyana has in-depth knowledge of the online marketing arena and has been responsible for creating and optimising campaigns for several years.

Experienced in customer database management, she has been an instrumental part of the marketing team. Prior to EasyDate, Tatyana worked at Ukrtelecom - one of the biggest telecommunication providers in Eastern Europe.

She has an Honours degree in Information Technology.
