IDE Group is committed to developing our people so we can always meet your needs.

We continuously strengthen our management capabilities through Institute of Leadership and Management training. We enhance our in-house consulting and technical competencies through in-depth skill and role based learning. It’s important to us that our sales people can engage with you effectively and add value to your organisation so we invest in the skills contained within our sales team. Our online learning platform, Learning Cloud, ensures all members of staff have the training they need available to them when they need it.

IDE Group recognises the importance of generating entry level career opportunities. Our apprentice scheme has nearly 30 apprentices working in the business across all functions, helping these young people start out on promising careers.
