In light of the unprecedented situation around the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), we would like to take this opportunity to explain the measures we are taking to ensure IDE Group’s ability to continue to provide your services without disruption.
Our Business Continuity Measures:
Over the last few years we have made significant investment into our internal infrastructure and business continuity planning to ensure we can operate all our systems and processes remotely with no interruption to normal service levels. As a result of this planning, the vast majority of our staff are able to continue working remotely should we decide to close any offices and/or switch to a remote working model.
There are a couple of exceptions to this within the business, such as our Lifecycle Centre based out of our Dartford offices, whereby different physical processes have been adapted and implemented. These company processes and strategies are tested regularly and have been put into practice over the last few weeks to confirm they are practical and effective.
As a result of the above measures we can confirm that IDE Group are fully operational and are confident we will continue to run at full capacity throughout the next few months as this situation develops.
