Following our communication last week we wanted to update you on the actions that IDE Group is taking in response to COVID-19 and reassure you that we are here to support your business 24/7.
We have implemented our Disaster Recovery Plan and all is working smoothly. Furthermore, we would like to assure you that our services are resilient and we have taken all the necessary measures to ensure we are able to continue to provide our services throughout this difficult time.
All our teams are able to operate our systems and processes remotely with little interruption to normal service levels, whilst ensuring the safety of both our customers and our staff.
We are still actively meeting with our clients, suppliers and colleagues using all available collaboration solutions that enable feature-rich voice calling and integrated tools that include virtual presence, instant messaging, video conferencing and content sharing.
Data Centre Access
We are in line with all Data Centres in the UK and instructed to keep social contact to a minimum, our team are taking all the necessary precautions to assure safety.
Various physical processes have been adapted and implemented in the Lifecycle Centre based at our Dartford offices. These processes are thoroughly tested on a regular basis to ensure seamless operation at all times.
